implements SymmetricKeyEncryptorEngine

Implements the raw functionality of the DES algorithm. The class encrypts only on byte arrays of size block length and will throw an exception otherwise. DES is defined in FIPS 46-3.

CryptoUnsupportedOperationException - Thrown if a call is made to an unsupported operation.
