The SkipjackEncryptorEngine implements the encryption functionality of the Skipjack block cipher.

We implemented Skipjack as it's defined in Skipjack

Skipjack operates on 64 bit blocks and has a key length of 80 bits.

CryptoTokenException - Thrown if an error occurs with the crypto token or the crypto token is invalid.
CryptoUnsupportedOperationException - Thrown if a call is made to an unsupported operation.
