Applications that want to provide option items for the Options screen should register them by invoking registerOptionsProvider(net.rim.blackberry.api.options.OptionsProvider).

registerOptionsProvider

public static void registerOptionsProvider(OptionsProvider optionsProvider)
Registers an options provider.

You can only register an options provider once. If you try to register an options provider that is already registered, this method does nothing.

Note that registered options providers do not persist past a device reset, so your application should automatically re-register options providers upon startup past a reset.
