The NullSignatureVerifier class implements a trivial (ie no) verification algorithm. The methods in this class do not perform any operations on the data.

Creates a NullSignatureVerifier object.

This constructor allows the application to set the return value that they would like to see from the verify() method. The value passed into this constructor will be returned in the verify() method.
