extends CertificateException

This exception should be thrown if a status provider encounters an unrecoverable error condition. A string message should not be included with this exception, but should instead be logged with the appropriate ProviderUiContext. Note that this exception is never used outside of the status provider plugin framework (and will never be thrown from requestCertificateStatus or fetchCertificateStatus).
