Receives notifications about changes to technology type routing. These changes occur when an application tries to enable or disable a technology type for a Secure Element.

                             int persistentTechnologyTypes)
Invoked when a technology type routing change occurs as a result of a call to SecureElement.setTechnologyTypes().

Parameters:
volatileTechnologyTypes - Bitmask indicating which technology types are currently being routed to the associated secure element.
persistentTechnologyTypes - Bitmask indicating which technology types will be routed to the associated secure element when the battery is turned off.
