I received 3 similar emails from RIM after submitting the code signing request form. Do I need all 3 of these emails?

Yes you do. There are currently 3 separate code signing keys for BlackBerry, each used for different sets of controlled APIs. The 3 keys are RBB, RRT, and RCR. Each email you received after submitting the request form should have contained a different CSI file (1 for each of these keys). You must install all 3 keys before requesting code signatures for your application.
