1. Contest Duration:
Research In Motion Limited's ("RIM") Molson Indy Scratch 'n Win (the "Contest") is run by RIM and will take place in Toronto from 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time on Friday July 9, 2004 to 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Friday, July 11, 2004 and in Vancouver from 12:01 A.M Pacific Standard Time, Friday, July 23, 2004 to 12:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time Sunday, July 25, 2004 (the "Contest Period").

2. Contest Organizers
For the purposes of the Contest, the organizer is RIM.

3. Eligibility
The Contest is only open to residents of British Columbia and Ontario, Canada who have obtained the age of majority in their province of residence. Employees of RIM, as well as members of their immediate family (such as father, mother, brothers, sisters or children), their legal or common-law spouses or any persons with whom they reside are not eligible to enter the Contest. The Contest is void where it is prohibited or restricted by law. Only one Scratch 'n Win ticket per person, per event.

4. How to Enter:
Scratch 'n Win tickets will be distributed to attendees of the Molson Indy Toronto and Vancouver . During the Contest Period, go to www.blackberry.com/molsonindy and you will be able to review all terms and conditions of the Scratch 'n Win contest. To enter the Contest, you must receive a Scratch 'n Win from an authorized RIM, Bell or Molson Indy representative(s) at the Molson Indy Toronto and/or Vancouver ONLY. Once Scratch 'n Win is accepted and used, you will become an entrant in the Contest (an "Entrant"), and acknowledge acceptance of all Contest terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them..

5. Prizes:
The prizes will be a combination of: water bottle lanyard, T-shirts, cooler bags and top prize will be a BlackBerry 7750 on Bell Mobility network. The winning participant will be required to agree to RIM's standard BlackBerry End User Agreement (a copy can be found at http://www.blackberry.net/legal/index.shtml). Prizes have a range in value from $1.00-$499.00 (BlackBerry device).

6. Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning one (1) prize depends on the number of valid Scratch 'n Win's distributed during the Contest Period.

7. Awarding Prizes:
Prizes will be redeemed on site at the Molson Indy Toronto and Molson Indy Vancouver through attending Bell Mobility dealers. Prizes are only redeemed at the two locations and are not fulfilled outside of those locations. Prizes not claimed at time of Molson Indy Toronto and Molson Indy Vancouver become null and void and will not be fulfilled post events.

8. General Terms and Conditions:
a. Verification of Entries. The validity of any entry is subject to verification by RIM. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Any Entrant or any individual who enters or attempts to enter the Contest in a manner, which is contrary to these rules or by its nature is unjust to other Entrants will be rejected. All decisions of RIM with respect to any aspect of the Contest, including the eligibility or disqualification of Entrants, are final, without right of appeal.

b. Acceptance of Prizes. All prizes, save as provided for in these rules, must be accepted as described above and cannot be transferred to another individual, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money.

c. Substitution of Prizes. In the event that, for reasons that are beyond their control and not related to the winning Entrants, RIM is unable to award a prize or prizes as described in these rules, RIM reserves the right to award a prize of the same nature and an equivalent value, or, at their discretion, the cash value of the prize in question.

d. Number of Winners. In the event the number of Winners is greater than the number of prizes available for any reason beyond the control of RIM, such as an error or mechanical, electronic or other defect that occurs in the management, the design or the implementation of the Contest, RIM reserves the right to end the Contest in whole or in part, without notice, at any time. The remaining prizes will be awarded by random draw to the Entrants at Molson Indy Toronto and/or Vancouver.

e. Number of Prizes. By entering the Contest, each Entrant acknowledges that RIM shall not be required to award more prizes than the two prizes described above.

f. Exclusion of Liability - General. By entering the Contest, each Entrant releases and discharges RIM from any and all liability with respect to any damages whatsoever he or she may suffer as a result of his or her participation in the Contest.

g. Exclusion of Liability - Contest Operation. By entering the Contest, each Entrant releases and discharges RIM from any and all liability resulting from any unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause, while Entrant is at the Molson Indy Toronto or Vancouver, malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, any loss or absence of network communication, any faulty, incomplete or unintelligible transmissions or any transmissions that are erased by any computer or network which could limit the opportunity of any individual to enter the Contest, or prevent them from doing so.

h. Modification. RIM reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at their sole discretion, in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the control of RIM that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Contest.

9. Communication of Winners.
Due to volume and low value of Scratch 'n Win prizes, prizes will be redeemed immediately and will not be communicated outside of the Molson Indy Toronto and Vancouver properties.
