Skadden, Arps Goes Wireless With Motient's eLink Wireless Email Service
More Than 800 Lawyers Will Now Be Wirelessly Connected
Reston, VA - Motient Corporation (NASDAQ: MTNT), a leader in wireless data communications, will now provide its award-winning eLinkSM wireless email to the attorneys of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. Motient's eLink service will be utilized by over 800 of the firm's attorneys in various offices throughout the United States.
eLink is an innovative wireless email solution, developed by Motient, that provides wireless access to virtually any email account, using a RIM Wireless Handheld™. The eLink service supports a number of email software applications and is one of the only wireless services that integrates with GroupWise, a popular messaging application among the legal community. eLink provides unparalleled nationwide connectivity in buildings and on the street, using the Motient network.
