Timetag, Inc. Forms Alliance With RIM to Capture Billable Time Directly From BlackBerry Appointments, Phone Calls, Emails

Richardson, TX - Timetag, Inc., an innovative time-tracking system provider, today announced an alliance with Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM), a world leader in the mobile communications market and maker of the popular BlackBerry® wireless handhelds. Timetag has developed an easy-to-use time-tracking system that leverages a law firms' existing investment in BlackBerry and Microsoft® Outlook.

"To accurately track billable time, professionals need a time-tracking tool that is both seamless with their existing workflow and always at their fingertips," said Leon Campise, Timetag CEO. "Most professionals hate timesheets but live and die by their calendar and email. With Timetag, mobile professionals simply create entries in their BlackBerry or Outlook calendar - the most natural place to track time - and the time is instantly collected. Armed with Timetag™ and BlackBerry, billable professionals capture more time."

Timetag accommodates the way busy professionals work. Forwarding call log entries captures time spent on phone calls made using a BlackBerry Wireless Handheld, and users can also create time entries by sending simple email messages. In addition, Timetag sends reminders and summary reports every day to encourage users to make daily time entries. Timetag makes every glance at the calendar a time-tracking reminder.

"BlackBerry is a popular choice with professionals that need to stay on top of information and communications in order to maintain client service," said Mark Guibert, Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Research In Motion. "Timetag adds value for these BlackBerry users by providing another productivity-boosting application. Timetag's use of the BlackBerry wireless calendar synchronization feature provides an intuitive and hassle-free way for mobile professionals to track their billable hours."

The patent-pending Timetag technology utilizes out-of-the-box BlackBerry and Outlook functionality. Timetag supports all BlackBerry handhelds and integrates with virtually all popular billing and accounting systems.

Bellinger & DeWolf is a mid-size law firm with attorneys utilizing BlackBerry handhelds for time tracking. "Once we saw how Timetag allows us to enter billable time directly into the BlackBerry calendar, the decision to equip our billable staff with BlackBerry handhelds became an easy one," said co-founding partner Glen Bellinger.

"The beauty of Timetag," continues Bellinger, "is that it's so easy, no one in my firm has any excuse for not tracking all their time on a daily basis."
