City of Charlottesville Chooses Conceivium Business Solutions' MobileTerm and MobileControl for Remote Network Management

According to Don Litton, IT Operations Manager with the City of Charlottesville, “The City’s Information Technology systems have to be available round the clock, but we don’t have sufficient resources to staff a helpdesk and network support 24/7.
