TrueContext launches Pronto Give Back Program: free Pronto Team Accounts for Nonprofits to Improve Service Delivery in the Field

Qualified nonprofit organizations can automate field surveys, audits, and donor prospecting with Pronto and BlackBerry devices.

Ottawa, ON - TrueContext today announced the availability of the Pronto Give Back Program, which offers free Pronto Team accounts to qualified nonprofit organizations to help improve their service delivery in the field with handheld solutions that automate surveys, audits and lead capture for prospective donors. Nonprofits can create a free trial, select from a range of mobile forms, customize them and create new forms to meet their needs, and download them to their BlackBerry® smartphones. Service requests, audit reports, and new lead information from the field are returned to the Pronto Portal ready for viewing, printing or downloading into Microsoft ® Excel®.

Pronto Give Back participants enjoy free use of Pronto Team accounts and standard forms available at live.prontoforms.com. Nonprofits can use Pronto with a range of devices over any internet connection. Participants are responsible for sourcing devices and service plans, if required. Pronto also supports integration with device peripherals, back-end systems, and creation of custom mobile solutions through Pronto Professional Services. These optional services will be available to nonprofits at a discounted rate.
