Vodafone Brings the Powerful BlackBerry Pearl 8120 Smartphone to India
Smallest BlackBerry smartphone now includes Wi-Fi connectivity, upgraded camera and enhanced visual interface
Mumbai, India and Waterloo, ON - Vodafone, one of India’s leading cellular service providers, in collaboration with Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM), introduces the BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8120 smartphone in India this November. The ultra sleek BlackBerry Pearl 8120 comes with Wi-Fi® connectivity support, powerful media capabilities and can access up to 10 supported email accounts using BlackBerry® Internet Service.
The BlackBerry Pearl 8120 has all the powerful voice and data features that customers expect in a BlackBerry® smartphone along with new features including a 2 megapixel camera with support for video capture, an enhanced visual interface, hardware refinements and 3.5mm stereo headset jack. The smartphone can also be used with BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, supporting advanced security features and tight integration with corporate email systems.
