You hold the answers to these questions—and many others—right in your hand. With BlackBerry Answers, you can find the BlackBerry smartphone information you need when you need it.
To access BlackBerry Answers from your handset, go to the Help icon on the expanded home page. From there, select the BlackBerry HELP! Web site.
Once connected, simply type your query in the search field. The site can answer thousands of BlackBerry-related questions. The version available on your smartphone is best for simple questions that will have short answers.
If you have a complicated question—or are troubleshooting—access BlackBerry Answers from your computer (click here to go to BlackBerry Answers from your desktop). If you use the site available from your computer, you’ll be asked a series of follow-up questions that will help you refine your search and find the information you need.
Another way to learn more about your smartphone is by checking out the BlackBerry Support Community Forums. On the forums, you can learn tips and tricks, read how-to articles, and get advice on upgrading to a new BlackBerry smartphone. Anyone can search for and read posts on the forums, but you should register if you want to contribute to the discussion.

Both the smartphone and desktop versions of BlackBerry Answers allow you to type questions into a search bar.

On the desktop, the site will present follow-up questions to ensure you’re getting the information you need.
