Trade up to a New BlackBerry Smartphone—and Save Cash

Are you ready for a new BlackBerry® smartphone? Get a brand-new smartphone—and save money in the process—when you use the newly redesigned BlackBerry Trade Up Program. Trading up is good for both your wallet and the environment. Instead of being thrown away, your old BlackBerry smartphone—or virtually any other cell phone—will be either refurbished and reused or recycled. Read on as we answer your questions about this program.
What is the Trade Up Program?
The BlackBerry Trade Up Program can give you cash for your old cell phone to use towards a new BlackBerry smartphone. And while not every device can be reused, sending in your old device to be recycled is better for the environment than throwing it away. You also have the option to donate your quoted funds to a charitable organization.
Which BlackBerry smartphones can be traded in? Can I trade in other cell phones?
The BlackBerry Trade Up Program will accept virtually any cell phone in any condition. The phone you trade in does not need to be a BlackBerry smartphone.

By answering a few questions about the device you want to trade in, you can receive an instant quote.
How can I find out how much my phone is worth?
Simply go to The BlackBerry Trade Up Program website and answer a few questions about the device you want to trade in. You’ll then be provided with a quote that is guaranteed for 30 days
What about my data?
You are responsible for removing data from your old BlackBerry smartphone or cell phone. Before sending in your device, you should uninstall all third-party applications, turn off email forwarding, and reset the device to its factory settings. To do this, refer to your owners manual or go to the BlackBerry Answers website.

By recycling your older cell phone, you’ll help the environment.
Is there any cost at all?
The Trade Up program will accept virtually any cell phone in any condition and shipping is free. The program is available at no cost to you. To learn more, go to The BlackBerry Trade Up Program website.
This program is currently only available in the U.S. and Canada.
