2. I have logged into the BlackBerry Partner Zone before, which login do I use to re-enter the password-protected web site? First, ensure that you have received a personal user name and password. If so, then to log on open a new browser window to the BlackBerry Partner Zone login page at https://www.blackberry.com/partnerzone/ and simply enter your personal user name and password. 3. I have confirmed that the login I am entering is correct, why can't I enter the BlackBerry Partner Zone? Your BlackBerry Partner Zone password is case sensitive, so be sure to type your password correctly. If you are entering the correct login and still cannot access the site, please close your browser, open a new browser window to the BlackBerry Partner Zone login page and re-enter your personal user name and password. 4. I have forgotten my personal user name and/or password, what do I do? If you should happen to forget your personal user name and/or password, the Partner Zone includes built-in forgotten password functionality that allows you to retrieve the misplaced information. The function works by retrieving the email address that you entered into your Partner Zone Personal Profile and then sending your personal user name and password to you, via email. If the Forgotten Password Function cannot retrieve your personal user name and password and you are certain that you have created one, please email with the name of the wireless carrier with which you do business or the ISV Alliance Program to which you belong. 5. Whenever I go to the login page, there is an error message. If you are presented with "Either the username or password you supplied was invalid or the account is inactive.
