Changing an email account password using a BlackBerry smartphone

BlackBerry® Unite!™ software is designed to allow you to perform administrative tasks using the Remote Device Management application on your BlackBerry smartphone.

This procedure changes the password that BlackBerry Unite! software uses to access the email account. This procedure does not change the password for the email account.

To change an email account password using a BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:

1. On the Home screen, click Remote Device Management.

2. Click the user.

3. Click Manage Email Passwords.

4. Click the email address.

5. Type the email account password.

6. Press the Enter key.

7. Click OK.
