Adding a shared calendar entry

Adding a shared calendar entry using BlackBerry® Unite!™ software will synchronize the shared calendar entry to users' BlackBerry smartphones.

To add a shared calendar entry, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Shared Calendar button.

  2. Click the Add Event button.

  3. In the Subject field, type the subject for the shared calendar entry.

  4. In the Location field, type the location for the shared calendar entry.

  5. Specify the start time and end time.

  6. Using the Reminder list, select a reminder for the shared calendar entry.

  7. Select the All Day check box if the shared calendar entry is a full day event.

  8. Type any notes in the Event Notes field.

  9. Click the Save button.
