The challenge is on! We are looking for a business application for BlackBerry devices that empowers users with compelling tools for dealing with everyday challenges.
The Application must fall into one of two categories:
- Applications that run on the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server platform or
- Applications that run on the BlackBerry® Internet Service platform.
Here’s 5 key areas you should consider when designing your application:
- Usability
- Quality
- Innovation
- Utility
- Customer Experience

How to enter:
- Make sure you fill in the registration form – which will also unlock all the cool developer tools available to you!
- Then, fill in the required business case – you can download the template once you’ve registered
- Upload your completed business case
- Be sure to upload all the requirements by November 30th – the contest closing date!

How will we pick a winner?
- 5 finalists from each category (BlackBerry Enterprise Server & BlackBerry Internet Service) will be selected from all the entries we receive
- These 10 finalists will be invited to present their application to a panel of judges at the end of January
- Applications that make it to this final round will be judged on the following criteria:
- Concept of the Application (15%)
- Performance and coding techniques (15%)
- Overall quality (25%)
- Business case (45%)
