- Your BlackBerry Service Invoice is delivered by email instead of mail, and in PDF format.
- If your account has over 5 active handhelds, you will also receive a text attachment with all the associated details.
How do I sign up?
New Customers
Choose "Yes" to Electronic Invoice Delivery when filling in your billing and shipping information on our BlackBerry Purchase form.
Existing Customers
Click here to Subscribe for Electronic Invoice Delivery or Choose "Yes" on your next BlackBerry order.
- By choosing "Yes" on our BlackBerry purchase form, or by subscribing through this site, you will receive the complete (existing and new) service invoices relating to your account by Electronic Invoice Delivery.
- If you have multiple BlackBerry accounts, please use our online subscription page to specify the email address(es) to which your invoices should be directed.
Please note: Electronic Invoice Delivery is only available to customers who have purchased BlackBerry or TSupport services directly from RIM/BlackBerry. Electronic Invoice Delivery is currently only available for your BlackBerry service invoice.
