Register Your Deal with BlackBerry

When you register an opportunity in the BlackBerry Secure Communications Deal Registration Program, your pre-sales work is formally recognized and protected. Registration gives you access to support and opportunity protections. This process helps strengthen the security, resilience, and continuity your customers require, while also supporting your business growth.

Eligibility and Deal Qualification

BlackBerry approves opportunities for deal registration on a first-come, first-served basis. To qualify, your submission must meet the following eligibility criteria:

You have an active Distributor or Reseller Agreement with BlackBerry and remain in compliance.
You are an active member of the current BlackBerry Partner Program in good standing.
The deal is for a new logo customer, or an upsell, or a cross-sell within an existing account.
The deal has not been registered by another partner and is not being pursued or managed by BlackBerry directly.
You do not already have a separate, non-standard discount for the specific product or service.

BlackBerry will, in its sole discretion, assess whether the foregoing eligibility criteria have been met. BlackBerry will notify the partner in writing if a deal registration is approved or denied. Approval of a deal registration does not guarantee deal completion. Approval may be withdrawn or revoked by BlackBerry at any time, including where the submission is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or otherwise no longer qualifies for the program.

Exclusions

The following opportunities are expressly excluded and are not eligible for the program: renewals, routine license conversions, BlackBerry-led opportunities, and managed security solution provider opportunities.
