Tips and Tricks Before Submitting a Case
When developing BlackBerry Dynamics applications, please make sure that you’re using a recent version of the SDK and a recent version of the servers. Our general guidance is to be within at least 2 minor versions of the currently available version.

BlackBerry SDK Downloads

Servers can be downloaded or cloud instances setup using your account. Developer licensing is available. ISV Partners can renew trials for free.

Before creating a support ticket, it can be helpful to:

Please include the following information for development issues:

  • The BlackBerry SDK and version are you using.

  • Platform (iOS, Android, etc) and Language (Java, Objective-C, Cordova, Xamarin, etc...).

  • Can the issue be isolated to a specific platform, user or device?

  • When did the application work last?

  • Are you able to build and run a sample app for the same user on the same device? If the issue is reproducible, it will lead to a faster resolution.

How to Upload application logs using the BlackBerry UEM Console.
