Introduction
UEM Cloud Dynamics Docs service will reach end of life / support on December 1, 2025.
Enterprise Products/Services Affected by this Announcement
Feature enablement for UEM Cloud tenants of the Dynamics Docs Cloud has been disabled, and the services are slated to be shut down starting December 1, 2025. UEM Cloud customers who have enabled this and are actively using the Dynamics Docs Cloud will need to migrate to using BEMS Docs on-premise. Users’ devices do not need to be migrated. Administrators who wish to continue providing document repository access like Microsoft SharePoint Online will need to deploy BEMS Docs on-premise along with a BlackBerry Connectivity Node (BCN).
You will be impacted if you are using UEM Cloud, managing users with BlackBerry Work, and are providing access to document repositories hosted on Microsoft SharePoint or SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, or Box for your mobile users.
To confirm, in the UEM Cloud console, navigate to Settings > BlackBerry Dynamics > Docs.
- If you see Repositories, Settings, and Certificates tabs, then you have an associated Docs Cloud service enabled, and further actions are required.
- If you see "BEMS Docs has not been enabled. Click Enable to continue"., then you are not impacted, and no actions are needed.
Recommendation
Customers who wish to continue using Dynamics Docs features will need to install and configure BEMS Docs on-premise. Please review the related Knowledge Base article and documentation linked below for instructions to configure BEMS Docs on-premise:
