New customers: start a free Mobility Suite trial or contact BlackBerry Business Sales.

 

Existing customers: UEM requires its own SRP Identifier. You can create a new SRP in myAccount > SRP Management.

 

 

 

 

Caution: You must use installers designed for UEM to install BlackBerry Control and BlackBerry Proxy included in the download packages above. Use of standalone or prior Good Control and Good Proxy installers will not function with UEM.
