Annual Return
As per the provision of Section 92 of the Act 2013 every Company shall place a copy of the annual return (MGT 7) on the website of the Company and the web link of such annual return shall be disclosed in the Board report.
Corporate Social Responsibility
As per the provision of Section 135 of the Act 2013, the Board of Directors if the Company after taking into account the recommendation of the CSR committee approve the CSR policy for the company and disclose the contents of such policy on the Company website.
