BlackBerry’s common share are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:BB) and the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:BB).
Research in Motion’s IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange was October 28, 1997, closing price $8.25. Research in Motion began trading on the NASDAQ on February 4, 1999, closing price $1.92. BlackBerry started trading on the NYSE on October 16, 2017, closing price $11.39.

BlackBerry currently does not participate in a Dividend Reinvestment Program.
BlackBerry has never paid a quarterly dividend.
BlackBerry has split its stock twice. The first split was a 2-for-1 stock split that occurred on June 4, 2004. The second split was a 3-for-1 split that occurred on August 20, 2007.
